Directions
Shake: Add 1 scoop to a shaker with 350 - 450 mL of cold water and shake well.

Directions
Snack: Add 2 scoops to 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk. Mix well in a bowl, blender or shaker for a smooth, dessert-style custard.
Mixing tips: To ensure desired consistency, start by adding 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk to the mixture while stirring (2 scoops). Gradually add water or milk if desired for a thinner consistency. Make sure the batter is completely mixed before adding liquid.
