Ingredients
INC™ 100% Dynamic Whey Protein Blend (93%) [Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, Soy Lecithin)], Flavor, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Enzyme (0.2%) (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).
DIRECTIONS:
Use up to 3 servings per day. METHOD: Add 36g (1 ½ scoops) to 200mL of water to make a low carb drink. Shake or blend until well combined and consume. Can also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Or mix with juice or low-fat milk.
Use 60-90 minutes before exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
